Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our studio in Norway.

Shipping times within the EU are usually around 1-2 weeks once the parcel is shipped. Outside the EU is usually 2-3 weeks. Keep in mind that some delays may occur due to elements out of our control, such as customs, weather concerns and local holidays.

Our parcels are shipped with our domestic postal agency. It cooperates with the largest, national postal agencies in each arrival country. Meaning, once your tracking indicates that the parcel is in your country, you can also use the tracking number with your domestic service as well as the Norwegian postal agency. If you are in doubt as to which shipping company that is for your country, please reach out and we will assist.

If you have an event or other reason that you need your order to arrive sooner, you can contact us through the contact form to set up a payment for rush processing.

Pre-orders

For some of our items, we open for pre-order. In this instance, items can not be cancelled during the process time. The process time for these items are longer due to the nature of pre-ordering, and in most instances vary from 1-3 weeks. Pre-order items can still be returned after being received, within the guidelines of our return policy.

Return Policy

Non-customised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund, exchange or store credit. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please include the return form in your return parcel. You can access the form by clicking here. The parcel must be returned in its original packaging. Parcels returned in different packaging may not be accepted. We recommend tracking the parcel. The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking. Do also note that the parcel has to be marked as "returned goods" and include the below information on the return label:

Please be aware that returns can not be made if your item is a final sale item (this is clearly indicated on the item listing). Currently and due to ongoing tariffs, exchanges are not available for the US. We do of course accept returns.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Please keep in mind that when "taxes included" is stated, this includes only domestic taxes to which CottagecoreWear are subject. This does not include any import taxes or handling charges applied by your respective government outside of Norway. Please be aware that your parcel might be subjected to such charges.
