Processing Your Order
Our handmade items have a 6-10 week process time, allowing us to customise the perfect pattern, fit and design just for you! The process time begins as soon as we receive your measurements. Do keep in mind that should be customisation information not be received within 48 hours of placing the order, additional time may be applied to the delays in the processing chain. Customised items can not be cancelled during the process time. All orders not made to order will ship out as quickly as possible.
If you have an event or other reason that you need your order to arrive sooner, you can contact us through the contact form to set up a payment for rush processing.
In accordance with current laws, we do not offer returns or exchange on personalised items. These are made just for you. Therefore, be especially careful when taking your measurements, as incorrect details are not our responsibility.
Non-customised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Please keep in mind that when "taxes included" is stated, this includes only domestic taxes to which CottagecoreWear are subject. This does not include any import taxes or handling charges applied by your respective government outside of Norway. Please be aware that your parcel might be subjected to such charges.
