Size Guide

How to find your measurements:

  1. Measuring your bust
    Your bust should be measured at the fullest point of your breast, when wearing an unpadded garment. This is usually at the same point as that of your nipples. Ensure that the tape is parallel with the floor, all the way around. Ideally ask a friend or use a mirror to double check. 
  2. Measuring your waist
    Find your natural waist by bending from side to side. The point where your waist creases is your natural waist - usually situated right above your belly button. 
  3. Measuring your hips
    Put your legs together and stand straight. Find the widest part of your rear and measure around, ensuring the tape is parallel to the floor.

With its sweetheart neckline adorned by delicate embroidery, the Willow Dress bring a bit of whimsy to your everyday. 

In true CottagecoreWear style, the Willow Dress is designed to adjust to you, both as you go about your day, as well as for months and years to come. Along the bust and waistline are two fully adjustable side panels. The lacing can be taken in or loosened in order to give you a bit more room to cinch, move and change. The dress is adorned by delicate embroidery along the sweetheart neckline, inspired by the traditional national costumes of Norway. The dress features a midi length skirt and a high back for coverage and support. 

The Willow has an invisible back zipper with hooks and eyes closure to support. It is designed for maximum versatility, so that you can choose to wear it on its own for those warmer evenings, or how I love to - with one of our blouses. I also love to style it with the Adventurer Belt, for a complete look.  And of course - the Willow dress is fully lined for opaqueness and features two hidden side pockets, so you can carry all your trinkets while exploring in the dress.

All our dresses come with a care card to help guide you on how to wash, dry and iron your new piece to make it last until forever. 

Made in 55% linen and 45% heavy natural cotton, and lined in 100% cotton. The Willow dress is a midi length dress, and measures 31 inches from waist to hem (measured on size M). Original design by CottagecoreWear in-house, and manufactured in a limited quantity in collaboration with a small ethical production site in Hong Kong. We ship all our pieces from our offices in Norway.

Perfect for any occasion

This dress is so so comfortable! Absolutely love it. The sides are adjustable which is great where you can loosen or tighter throughout the day. I’ve worn it a few times now m, even to a comic con and have always gotten compliments on it. It’s perfect for either special occasions or everyday. I’m a size 16 uk normally and never thought I’d be able to wear or even find a dress as pretty as this one! Highly recommend to anyone considering it!

Amazing dress!

This dress is gorgeous and so comfortable! I love the stitching details, the length, and the pockets! I wear a 2XS, and it can be tricky to find clothes that don’t slide off my shoulders or drag the ground, and this dress is perfect! I really love that it’s adjustable so you can stay comfortable as your body fluctuates naturally throughout the day.

Dress of Folklore Dreams

When I first opened this dress I thought it was bit too special for me! But as soon as I put it on I felt like fairy Princess, I absolutely adore it. Ready for Elfia 2024

I have been following Cottagecorewear for about 2 years now. Waiting for the perfect item to drop to wear to Elfia here in the Netherlands. And when the Sage Willow dress dropped I immediatly pre-ordered this beauty!! I will need to add some more touches to finish the look, but the dress is just such an eyecatcher 😍
Sidenote: The blouse I’m wearing is my Oktoberfest Dirndl blouse, since its so romanticly I thought it would fit perfectly.
The fabric of the dress is so sturdy and pretty, perfect for all seasons to layer in my opinion. Will definitaly order more when I have saved enough!🩷🩷
